- Individualized care to the geriatric and adult patient and family is provided within the realm of relationship-based care.
An Individualized plan of care is provided; utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Independently guides nursing practice and evaluates patient specific outcomes.
Responsible for inspiring to ensure clinically excellent outcomes through effective delegation in the exercise of his/her independent judgement.
Utilizes effective communication to support a culture of caring and healing in which the patient and family are the central focus.
- Assesses, plans, implements, and documents the care of emergently ill medical, surgical, and oncology patients of all ages.
Assists with special procedures.
Prioritizes the care of multiple patients based on the acuity of illness.
Directly guides the care delivered by inter professional patient care partners.
Graduate of NLNAC or CCNE School of Nursing, and licensed in the state of Illinois OCN (oncology certified nurse) Certification within 18 months of hire or 36 total CE in Oncology every Commission of Cancer cycle of three years with completion of 12 CE every year (Surgical Services exempt) BLS certification must be maintained while in this position Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certified (As appropriate for population served) and PALS upon hire or obtained by end of orientation period, and maintain while in position Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Basic Life Support Certified Nurse Practitioner Communication Diseases And Disorders Health Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
