Area Checks - If applicable, officers perform foot patrols inside and vehicle patrol outside the property to make sure all doors are closed and locked (if applicable), and the buildings and exterior premises are void of any suspicious activity.
Reporting - Officer must report detailed information about what was seen and heard.
This duty is imperative as this is the means by which the customer receives the assurance that the property was secured on a particular day at a particular time.
Customer Service - Officers assist guests with any reasonable requests for customer service.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
