Sales and Service Representative

Sales & Service Representative in Waukegan, Zion, and Grayslake
The Account Representative / Merchandiser is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This person will be accountable for retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and handling on-premise customers.
Position Shift and Schedule
This is a full time permanent position working on the 1st shift typically five (5) shifts per week to include Saturday and Sunday. Days off will fall during the week. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Position Compensation
The starting rate of pay for this position is a daily rate plus commission with an average annual salary around $45,000. This position is also eligible for mileage reimbursement for the use of your personal vehicle between the first and last store on your assigned daily route. Position Territory
You will be selling and merchandising our products in our customers' stores located in the Zion, Waukegan, and Grayslake area. We have a local branch located in Northlake, IL that you will need to visit for orientation and scheduled meetings.

Position Responsibilities
Build relationships with store management in the course of performing daily responsibilities.
Provide merchandising, display and product reset assistance.
Check store for competitive activity and volume opportunity.
Monitor product movement and inventory to calculate and determine required case order.
Prepare recommended sales order for store manager.
Inform store manager of current or future product promotions to assist in forecasting product level requirements.
Work with handheld computer and District Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.

Qualifications
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
1 year previous sales experience
Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly
Valid driver's license

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
