Job Description CACI's LogiCole/DMLSS team is hiring a Business Systems Analyst based in North Chicago! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the Best Practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Defense. We're looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to serve on the Veterans Affairs project to adopt use of DMLSS/LogiCole as their full supply chain solution. What You'll Get to Do: Possess both an understanding of real-world mission/business objectives and a working grasp of software development practices and technologies. Serve as the focal point for the analysis, and management of functional and non-functional systems requirements, and user stories. Show a demonstrated skill in effective decomposition of mission/business objectives into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles. Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand business needs. Clearly communicate those business needs to a development team through user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with the Scrum Team to establish Release/Sprint backlogs, resolve impediments, and provide direction on scope of work to be accomplished. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the product development team during the development cycle to ensure the customer needs are being met. Review and evaluate work done by development team to ensure proper scope has been met. Lead the demonstrations to stakeholder and report on the results of each software iteration. More About the Role: You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground at the first VA pilot site to ever receive DMLSS! You'll help develop solutions to implement and sustain DMLSS/LogiCole at VA Medical Treatment Facilities and their respective community-based outpatient clinics as an Integrated Enterprise Medical Materiel Solution. The solution requires support for expanding DMLSS/LogiCole as a comprehensive supply chain management, medical/surgical supplies and pharmaceuticals, inventory management, procurement support, equipment accountability, biomedical engineering facilities management, and the integration of interfaces to the (VA) financial (i.e., VA Legacy Financial Management System (FMS) or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) CGI's Momentum), ordering and business intelligence applications and electronic health record implementation. You'll serve as a DMLSS Subject Matter Expert to help make the transition for the VA to DMLSS/LogiCole.  You will meet regularly with customer stakeholders to identify and agree upon business needs for the VA project; clearly communicate those business needs to Scrum Development Team; and work collaboratively with customer stakeholders and Development Team to decompose high-level business needs into user stories (functional requirements) - all of which help facilitate the delivery of deployable software in short Sprints. You must be able to work independently with little supervision and have the ability to solve complex problems. You must demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills as the majority of your team will be based out of Fort Detrick, MD.  You'll communicate with parties within and outside of your job function. You'll typically have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.). You'll work to influence project/team leaders within and outside of the job function at project/program regarding solution design, process, and/or approaches. You'll Bring These Qualifications: Knowledge of and experience with DMLSS BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
